Enjoy the charm and delight of Madaket in this recently updated and beautifully maintained home, offering gorgeous views and sunsets over Hither Creek and easy access to the boat landing that is located directly across the street. Four double bedrooms plus a study with a pull out sofa, three and one half baths. All bathrooms were totally remodeled with luxury fittings for the 2021 season. Sleeps 10. This home abuts Land Bank property and has exceptional outdoor living spaces that include large decks, covered porches, outdoor dining and a beautifully landscaped spacious yard. The converted garage features an entertaining area with foosball table, ping pong table and dart board plus its own half bath and adjoining outdoor shower. High quality linens and a fully outfitted kitchen for family meals at home! This special property is located a very short distance to the beach, bike paths, marina, Millie's restaurant, bar and market. The Madaket route of The Wave bus stops just at the end of the street for easy access to town.

Amazing Madaket property with everything you would need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Nantucket. The house(s), property and gardens are truly special and create an oasis you can enjoy for a short or long term stay. We stayed for two weeks with young children and everyone enjoyed the house. Well stocked with the essentials, comfortable beds, beach shed with all the toys, chairs, umbrellas and bikes you need. There is even a game room / converted garage with ping pong and foosball tables. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Home in Madaket, one of the best areas - if not the best - on Nantucket. Peaceful but close to beaches and Millies! It was perfect for our family and to have family over who live on the Island. Beautiful gardens and beautiful sunsets. We had two issues: the Junior Master's toilet leaked (on the main floor) and the dishwasher was also finicky and didn't always clean the dishes.

Our family and friends - 4 adults and 6 kids ages 3-9 had a perfect week away at this beautiful home in Madaket! The home and layout were perfect for 2 families, the privacy, the space, and the walk to Millie’s and the beach made it an easy and relaxing time.
