The Villa is an older property but excellently maintained both inside and out. It is within a guarded community of 17 privately owned villas. There is real pride of ownership here and it shows. The pool is just the right size and looks like it was recently renovated. The water was warm and most days we were the only ones enjoying it. The view from the deck of the city has a wonderful view. The only negative is unless you get a ride it is a very steep walk from the guarded gate. We used a car service any time we went to the beach. There is an easier way through a separate gate under the pool but we were told only owners had keys. Finally, the loud music from town is present every night and can last to early morning but after all, this is Cabo. We knew to bring ear plugs when we went to bed.

Condo is great and spacious. Walk down to marina easy but big hill back. Took cab or uber back. Communication with host through Vrbo is slow but he always responds.
