Phoenix V 801 is a nice condo but rather small for a party of 6. Our granddaughter enjoyed the splash pad and slide. The kitchen was well stocked. Only problem we had was the tvs in bedroom were not working (couldn’t get a connection or something) and the ceiling fan in the bedroom with two beds wasn’t working).
