Check in and out was easy. Our room was a bit outdated, and the dresser in the guest bedroom had a drawer that wouldn’t work properly. Overall, it matched the online description and is a good place to stay if you plan on visiting Orange Beach.

Love staying at Phoenix V. The condo we had this time was perfect. The views are spectacular with especially great views of sunset. Everything you need to have a nice vacation is provided. We celebrated our 50th anniversary this trip!

The property needs a deep clean. There were corrosion in the bathroom shower head, toilet paper holder, and closet hangers. Mold in shower curtain. Damage wall of shower. Hard mattress. Paint smell. They had a repairs from a leak. We weren't notified until we arrived. Overall this property was disappointing for the cost. Lots of reno is way....overdo. However, Excellent beach views. I will not recommend if cleanliness is a priority.
