Phoenix 5 Unit #117....This beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA beachfront CORNER UNIT has beautiful views from two sides! This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and the kitchen! The living room has a sliding glass door entrance to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a lounge chair and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Another great feature is that you can park and walk directly into your condo on the first floor...so convenient!
If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!
A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two queen sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, one queen sized bed in the 3rd bedroom, and flat-screened televisions for your enjoyment in each (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.
Please Note: This condo is located on the first floor which is the parking lot level. However, there is a floor below us with condos located next to the pool. So, you can't walk directly from our balcony to the pool/beach area since you are actually on the 2nd floor!

The view was amazing! 1st floor access was so nice. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Plenty of room to enjoy playing games and watching the waves

The check in process was very easy. The unit was nice. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tubs were great.

Bathroom needs major attention. Towels were stained they need bleached out.All else was ok for the pric.
