We were pleased that the AC was able to keep up despite the summer heat. The water pressure was the strongest I've ever experienced anywhere and the hot water was quick and plentiful. The first floor was a bonus with minor elevator waiting to go to the pool and beach. The splash pad kept our 4-year old entertained and the pool was large enough to not feel crowded. The beach is a short walk with three water faucets available to wash off. There are many grocery and restaurant options within one mile. I recommend Phoenix V.
