Welcome to your coastal oasis! Nestled on the second floor, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The living area is adorned with coastal hues, evoking a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Ample comfortable furnishings invite you to unwind, including a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.

We love staying in this condo, but it can use a little update and deep cleaning! The lights in the laundry doesn’t work, the lights outside the balcony either, the lamp lights are burned on the living as well. Overall, its was an ok experience.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo at Phoenix V. The layout was great and it was really nice to have a third bathroom. Definitely could use some updates, but overall a good location and value.

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix V. The staff were very friendly and the property was very clean and maintained. Our condo was very spacious and close to the elevators which was very convenient for us. We also enjoyed the large beachfront balcony where we would drink our coffee and eat our meals with our breathtaking view of the ocean. Our overall experience was amazing and we will be back! Thank you for having us!!
