Flat Screen TV’s throughout the condo with enhanced TV and Internet service
Living area maintains a queen sofa sectional sleeper, two (2) Lazy boy recliners, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player and Stereo System.
Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel major appliances and ample granite counter top space for your cooking enjoyment.
Dining area sleeps six (6) at the table + card table and four chairs, one (1) baby (with owner supplied high chair) and two (2) additional at the kitchen bar.
Master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD Player, premium baby crib and private access to the Gulf view balcony
Master and guest bathrooms maintain updated vanities with shower/tub combinations.
Beautiful Gulf front balcony with newly updated furniture and seating for eight (8) with additional seating and a lounge chair.
Private full size washer and dryer are tucked away in a hall closet with additional storage shelving.
Additional guest storage closet located in the main entrance hallway and a separate guest closet located on the balcony complete with owner supplied beach toys and accessories for guest use.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Just wanted to say thanks for a great trip! Overall we had good experience. I don’t think this is the owner’s fault but I do want to point out that the cleaning services contracted out by Brett Robinson are subpar compared to what we are used to from them. We never had this issue with them on previous trips. Lots of sand left behind on the floors and it didn’t feel like the cleaning service used a degreaser on them. Other than that things were perfect. It was such a relief to have a crib there in the room as well as a high chair.

Prices are crazy high. Unit could have been cleaner, need some updating other than that you can’t beat the view
