About this apartment rental

PREMIER UNIT AND HERE IS WHY:

We’ve been coming to the gulf coast for over 33 years & have owned condos all the way from Gulf Shores to Perdido Pass & believe me, this is the best location on the beach & the best location in the building. We selected this particular unit in the building pre-construction (before it was built) when all units were available to us.

HERE IS WHY
1. Floor Plan- The best in the building spacious and open.

2. Location - Dead center in the building is the most practical. Being just steps from the elevator provides great convenience upon arrival and departure; not to mention hauling beach supplies, groceries, and shopping items up and down.

3. View- The spectacular view from the 9th floor is the best; you can see the entire horizon, beach, water & sky. You are close enough to the pool & beach to be a part of the action, but not so close as to be annoying.

4. Reserved Parking- Having your own RESERVED underground garage parking space just steps from the elevator has many benefits. No hot sun beating down on your car, no inclement weather, no long walks to your vehicle. Easy in, easy out.

5. Pools- Huge outdoor pool that’s never overcrowded. Indoor pool if the weather isn’t perfect & 3 hot tubs to relax in.

6. Splash Pad: “UNIQUE AMENITY. This mini water park for the kids provides hours of entertainment.


The decor is tastefully tropical. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture and the kitchen is freshly redone. The open kitchen, living & dining areas are perfect for creating a social atmosphere without overcrowding one another. You’ll also enjoy the 65” Smart TV in the living room as well as 43”Smart TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The balcony is furnished with new, comfy, upscale furniture allowing an unobstructed view of the dazzling beach.

There is plenty to do! Wireless Internet, fitness center, sauna, large indoor and outdoor pools, fantastic SPLASH PAD, 3 hot tubs, grills, racquetball, tennis, basketball, & beach volleyball all on the premises at no charge. On-sight service desk and security is manned 24/7. You’ll be within walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment & to an amusement center. More restaurants, grocery stores & shopping are very near by. Best of all…you are literally on the beach! We know that you and your family will enjoy a magnificent getaway beach vacation. We certainly do, everyone does!

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Unit was well cleaned, everything worked fine. The building management have to improve a lot. A building like that can’t have days with only 2 elevators working. Elevators were horrible. There was always one or two broken.

Great view and location and we enjoyed our stay Property needs more or dedicated elevators for check in/out. The room needs to be deep cleaned.
