Enjoy countryside living including a queen size bed, full size futon, newly renovated bathroom with romantic open room bathtub, outside grill and a front porch for relaxing. Pets welcome.

Super quaint, quiet and lovely property. It is just the right amount of removed from the noise without the arduous journey. It had everything for my family-of-four’s easy stay. Beautiful scenery and a plethora of stars at night!If one is in the area (Fredericksburg, Comfort - itself a fun, small town) we can highly recommend Dad’s Cabin!

We love this cabin, if you like to be off the beaten path and like seclusion. This is the place to be. Very quiet and peaceful with plenty of nature's sounds.There is nice views from the porch and firepit area. The stargazing is good as well. Even though this cabin is secluded we were still within 40 minutes of Fredericksburg, Pedernales Falls Park and so much more. Since we stayed here last, there were some upgrades to the bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and freestanding tub. We look forward to staying here again.Thanks for a great stay.

We were a little disappointed and unprepared for the cooking arrangements. There was only 1 plate and 1 fork. It was a little difficult to wash dishes in the bathroom. The secluded area was super nice. This is a neat little place just needs some extra dishes added.
