My wife and I had a great experience at the fairway fun retreat. Property was as advertised, great location and very clean. Beautiful view of the golf course and plenty of deer. Dana was an amazing host, helpful flexible and kind. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be staying here on all our future trips to Kerville

This house is beautiful. The owner had it beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very easy check-in and check-out process. The owner Dana was very accommodating to us. The property was beautiful. The views of the golf course were gorgeous. Dana was great at communicating with us. The home was spotlessly clean (and I’m very picky). The house was stocked with everything you could want or need. The bed was so comfortable, I slept better than I do in my own home. There was a ton to do near by. Our favorite thing to do was kayaking which was only a 6 minute drive away. I highly recommend staying here!

The most relaxed we’ve been in months! Every detail was considered and we enjoyed every moment! Watching the deer while relaxing in the hammock, firing up the grill and sharing a lovely dinner at sunset, fully stocked kitchen, easy to just fall in love and stay forever! Can you tell, we loved it!

If you are looking for a beautiful home on a well designed golf by Texas great Byron Nelson, this is it. If you’re looking for a beautifully decorated home to just relax and watch the deer come in at sunset, this is it. Dana, the homeowner, was extremely hospitable and responsive. Kerrville is 5 minutes away but it doesn’t feel like it. This place is just “it”. We can’t wait to stay here again soon. Carter

The view is excellent of the golf course. Every morning the deer come by for their snack of dried corn. We had lots of birds also. Just beautiful location. The house was great. We used the enclosed patio to set up our desks and worked remotely just fine with all windows watching the animals and golfers all day. Internet was very good. Rooms downstairs was plenty big for us and we never really used the upstairs. The fridge and freezer were well stocked with basics which was a nice surprise.

We were looking for a home that would work for 4 adults and 2 dogs staying for 8 days over Christmas and this place exceeded our expectations! The owner decorated their home for Christmas, which gave it a festive vibe and we just added our gifts to the mix. The chefs in our group loved the kitchen; plenty of room and well stocked. There was lots of space for us to spread out throughout the home and get together in front of a cozy fire in the fireplace. The coffee bar was very popular with everyone and we appreciated the pet friendliness of the home. The sunroom was a great spot to hang out any time. We used the gas grill, hammock and cornhole game in the backyard and the deer came up to the fence when we put out the provided feed corn; so tame! The home is located on a dead end street, which made it a walkable area for people and dogs. The owner was very responsive to questions as well as checking in with us, sending information and giving recommendations (Sunday brunch at The Mansion is not to be missed!). We loved our stay and would come back again without hesitation. Thanks Dana!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this graceful home! The beds were beyond cozy, and we had all we needed. A short simple drive took us into town, and the fenced yard allowed our grandkids space to play safely for the day they were with us. The hosts answered any question quickly as well. From start to finish our trip was amazing. The home is just perfect, right on the golf course. The neighbors are kind and courteous. We were able to enjoy the Riverhill Country Club as guests of the owners. Plenty of beds. Small extras were the corn they left us to feed the deer. The fire pit was a joy. We had s’mores every night with plenty of wood. A short drive from the river where we went to swim. We will be back! I can’t say enough about how easy and enjoyable it was to stay in this home. The owners are lovely
