Most everything was very good. After an initial challenge communicating with Nadia, she was very pleasant to work with. The location is great. While the unit is older, it is charming.
A minor quibble - we were looking for an out-of-the-way place to store some of our empty bags. We put them on the top of the closet. This normally out-of-sight area needed to be dusted. Also, some instructions for the stove top and microwave would be helpful.

The host was extremely friendly and responsive. We had no problem with check in or out. The apt is spacious and comfortable. The location was easy to walk from train station. It is close to everything yet very quiet. I highly recommend it. We very much enjoyed our stay.
The lights were a bit bright. But, not a huge problem.

Wir waren eine Familie (2+1) und zum Skifahren in Zermatt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, man findet alles, was man braucht, Die Lage ist super, ruhig und dennoch zentral, um zu Liften, Einkaufsmögichkeiten etc. zu gelangen. Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und easy. Besonders schön war es, nach dem Skifahren am Nachmittag in der Sonne auf der Terrasse zu relaxen (ok, das Haus davor behindert ein wenig den Blick zum Matterhorn ;)).
Neben Mikrowelle und Herd wäre ein Backofen für Selbstversorger toll (fehlt aber nicht wirklich) und im Skiraum wäre eine Heizung für die Skischuhe ein nice to have Feature.

I stay 4 days and nobody comes to cleaning and make up apparent just they sent massage last day you have to check out at 10 and our team coming to cleaning It is so bad witch nobody is for managing in their property
