About this house rental
A cute and compact family beach house that opens onto a large deck and lawns. It has direct beach access to the beautiful white sands of Mt Maunganui beach, and is just far enough away from the main Mount busy areas to make this a relaxed and carefree base while you're at the Mount.
Walking distance to the Omanu corner dairy, wine shop, cafe and fish n chip shop (best fish 'n chips at the Mount); supermarket only 2 mins drive.
A 5 min drive to either the main Mt Maunganui shops with plenty of cafes or Bayfair Shopping Centre.
Tauranga City centre is a 10 min drive across the bridge with plenty more restaurants, cafes and many more shops.

Parties not allowed.
Property is unfenced.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$80.00 per stay); Linen charge

Great little bach, wonderful location. Felt like it was a tad overpriced as you paid for the cleaning in cash over the top of the whole payment to stay, if it over looked the beach i could understand. We had a wonderful time while there all the same, thank you

Great Bach!!! A beautiful summer vacatio home! Quiet area. Can hear the surf and within 75 metres you are on amazing beach!!! Bring a chair and watch the surf! Swimming area at Omanu Beach had lifeguards on duty!. Short walk to nearest convenience store. Nice, easy drive to central Mount Maunganui for shopping and restaurants! Overall a great experience!
