About this apartment rental
A little slice of paradise to relax in Uzès! Sleeping 2 to 4 people, this beautiful studio apartment is ideally located in Uzès. It’s a 10-minute walk from downtown, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lush greenery. It’s a self-contained, spacious 32 m² studio with a loft area. Fully equipped with all amenities, including heating and air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi. It’s a very pleasant place to live, bright, and with high ceilings! Tastefully furnished and decorated, with direct access to the terrace and garden, which add a lot of charm. It’s located on the southwest side, next to a charming villa, but at the back of the house (so there’s no disturbance). Private parking.
- The kitchen is fully equipped (electric stove with oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
- Beds: one 140-cm bed on the mezzanine, and a 160-cm BZ sofa bed downstairs.
- Bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet.
- Closets, wardrobe, desk, and numerous storage compartments.
- Patio with umbrella, table, and chairs
- Garden with sunbathing area and electric barbecue available upon request.
Nightly rental: starting at 50 € (minimum stay 2 nights)
Weekly rental: starting at 290 €
Cleaning fee: 35 €
Studio availability: only from mid-September through mid-June.
This studio is not suitable for small children because the mezzanine poses a safety hazard for them.
Dogs are not allowed.
The nearest stores (supermarket and bakery) are 400 m away. It’s a real pleasure to walk to the town center (800 m), and the park is easily accessible! Have a wonderful stay in Uzès!

This apartment was the perfect base for a couple of days in the area. No need to worry about finding parking as there was a spot on site, plenty of kitchen utensils etc to cook at home if you don’t want to go out, but also a nice 10 minute walk into town if you’re looking for a meal out. The bed was comfy and checkin was very easy!

Anne ist eine sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeberin.
Wir haben uns in dem gemütlich und freundlich eingerichteten Studio mit schöner Terrasse rundum wohl gefühlt.
Das Studio liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. In wenigen Minuten konnten wir zu Fuß das belebte und sehr sehenswerte Zentrum von Uzès erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Accueil très chaleureux et studio magnifiquement équiper dans lequel il ne manque absolument rien. L'endroit est très calme pas de bruit de voiture ou autre, et tout est prévu pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Je recommande vivement il reviendrait avec plaisir si l'occasion s'en présente.

Le studio est très confortable et d'une grande tranquillité , parfait pour se ressourcer avec un bon accueil de la propriétaire. Je suis ravi de mon séjour et je pense m'y rendre à nouveau car avec la ville d'Uzes à proximitée et les jolis villages des alentours comme Saint Quentin la poterie, j'ai pu me refaire une santé. Merci encore pour l'accueil et j'espère y revenir bientôt.
