About this apartment rental
Superb apartment of 80 m² in the heart of the protected area of Uzès (city center)), on the second floor, without elevator, with a magnificent view of the Eure valley, renovated in 2024. The building was built in 1750.
The director of Haribo, lived there in the 1920s.
It is composed of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, 180 × 200, a large closet and a television. Another smaller bedroom with two beds in 90 × 200 which can be joined into a double bed if there are two couples, with closet and television.
A bathroom with double sink and bathtub.
Separate WC.
A large double living room with corner sofa and television.
A separate fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, refrigerator with water dispenser, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer.
The apartment is through, and you have a view of the Eure valley from the bedrooms, the dining room and a view of the Racine pavilion from the living room.
The entrance, bathroom and kitchen overlooks the rooftops of Uzès.
There is air conditioning in the living room, fans in the bedrooms, because it is forbidden to put extractors on the facades which are classified in the city of Uzès.
At your disposal free of charge, a private underground parking space which is located in the street opposite. (The parking lot being narrow, it is not suitable for large SUVs.). Possibility of having a second on-request.
The famous herb square is a three-minute walk ((250 m)) from the apartment.
If you arrive by train, there is a bus line from the Nimes Pont du Gard station to go directly to Uzès. Line 152
