Avoid this place at all costs

Not much

Apartment was stinking from the drainage outlets , because it was not used in some time . It took a few hours with open doors etc to get better. Fridge was full of ice and not cooling . Crockery was dirty . Kettle had the same drain smell . The drying rack for the utensils was dirty . When we complained about the smell to the owners we were told that the apartment was used recently and they had no complaints. Any remedy could be provided the next day !! Totally unacceptable. Shower curtain was very dirty , mirror light not working Too expensive for the kind of facilities .

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour ce logement agréable, propre et bien situé.

Tout est ok, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Calme, soleil, propreté du logement, résidence très tranquille, accès en 15 mns à pied au centre d'Uzes par une balade agréable, loin de la grande circulation. Propriétaire réactif par sms, et sympathique. Certains points peuvent être améliorés sans frais importants comme : un porte PQ,, 1 mug supplémentaire (je n'en ai vu qu'un), des sous taies d'oreiller, drap housse adapté à la taille du matelas (le notre était un peu juste et avec des petits trous), mais tout le linge de lit était propre.

Appartement spacieux avec une terrasse agréable, à 15 minutes à pied du centre d'Uzès. Facilité d'accès en voiture et bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Parking en bas de la résidence.

Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine: plat à gratin, à tarte, grille pain

Les draps étaient sales, nous avons quitté l’appartement.

Bonsoir Nous vous signalons que nous venons de quitter l’appartement aussitôt arrivés ! En voici les raisons : -le canapé dans le salon est complètement détruit et nous avons failli en tomber ne l’ayant pas vu avant de nous asseoir -les WC ne sont pas propres, des projections de matières fécales n’ont pas été nettoyées -les draps du lit n’était pas propres et il y avait des cheveux -il y avait une chaussette abandonnée dans la salle de bains ce qui semble indiquer que le ménage n’y a pas été fait correctement. Nous avons laissé la porte ouverte et les clés sur la table comme à notre arrivée Je pense que vous comprendrez aisément notre décision de quitter les lieux. Nous allons demander un remboursement de la part de Booking Monsieur Laplace

Bon emplacement, à privilégier pour 2 plutôt que 4

Climatisé, emplacement idéal, place de parking, machine à laver. Très bonne réactivité des propriétaires sur notre demande de vaisselle supplémentaire. Piscine très peu fréquentée et adaptée aux enfants.

Piscine non utilisable pendant plusieurs jours et aucune communication sur le sujet (pas d'affichage) Le canapé lit est très vetuste => ne correspond pas à celui de la photo (info des propriétaires: il sera changé en septembre). Linge de lit en matière synthétique assez désagréable. L'appartement en lui même manque de propreté.. nous avons dû laver la vaisselle avant de l'utiliser, beaucoup de poussière.. Enfin cuisine très peu équipée pour 4. La table de la terrasse n'est pas non plus celle de la photo, elle n'est que pour 2 et non pour 4.

Bonne option de logement abordable à Uzès mais manquent plusieurs équipements

Appartement bien agencé et petit balcon agréable, piscine au sein de la résidence. Place de parking pratique.

La cuisine est très mal équipée : pas de couteau qui coupe bien, pas de couvercle pour les casseroles, une seule poêle, pas de torchon (nous avions ramené le notre heureusement).... Par ailleurs la poignée de la fenêtre de la chambre nous est restée dans les mains, cela avait déjà été signalé dans d'autres commentaires mais pas encore résolu visiblement.

Rapport qualité/prix TOP pour un mois de juillet

Jolie résidence, appartement calme, rapport qualité/prix correct surtout en plein mois de juillet, quantité suffisante de serviettes et de drap. Appartement propre et lumineux avec une jolie terrasse équipée d'une table et 4 chaises pour prendre le petit-dèj au lever du soleil !

problème au niveau de la clim qui fuyait au dessus du clic-clac (d'où des traces sur le mur), les couverts il manquait de petites cuillères (seulement 2 pour un appart 4 personnes), nous avons trouvé du linge mouillé dans la machine à laver et tout cela a été signalé au propriétaire. Le clic-clac serait peut-être à changer pas très confortable, suffisant pour 2 nuits mais pas plus.

Een sexloos huis met oude versleten groene handdoeken, een vies donker douchegordijn - voor een 10Euro heb je een nieuwe bij de Action. Eetkamer stoelen waar je vanaf gleed - zeer onconfortabel. De bank op de foto van booking is anders dan de bank in het appartement - versleten. Gebeten door bedwanzen - hebben er 1 nacht geslapen en zijn vertrokken.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est Top. Sa situation géographique très bien. La piscine, bien, et sécurisée pour les enfants.

On pense qu'il faudrait un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles, couteaux , fourchettes ....), et aussi sur certains postes un peu plus de propreté (évier de la cuisine bouché). Je l'ai débouché moi-même. C'est cadeau. La poignée de la fenêtre vous reste dans les mains (mais là je ne l'ai pas réparée).
