Would very much come here again!

Great place, very welcoming host, fantastic pool, big enclosed garden. We had a scenic walk from the location with the dogs into Uzes which is a beautiful place with great restaurants and shopping. Location also not far from Pont du Gard.

Possibly the best place we’ve tried for a family of 6

We tried the apartment for six people. Gorgeous swimming pool (shared with two other apartments), kindness of the owner, 3+1 large bedrooms, 3 WC’s, 2 showers, perfectly working A/C, brand new furnitures incl. complete kitchen and washing machine, private outside area with small bbq, large garden with fruit trees, parking space with shadows. We’ve used it as a basis to visit Avignon (30’ driving), Arles and Camargue parks (45’-60’) and Roussillon on the way to Verdon (60’). Possibly the best value:cost ratio in France and one of the better in the entire Booking.com offering in our experience. Honestly it couldn’t be any better.

Just a couple minor issues, mostly due to the structure being fairly new. The wifi was available in all parts of the structure, but we couldn’t get a stable connection with any of our devices. I guess it was a simple issue of router configuration, but it wasn’t important to us so didn’t ask to fix it. Curtains at the windows of the bathrooms (spec. that of upper floor) would be useful. We solved by covering the window with one of the many large towels that are available in the apartment, so again not a big deal.

Hidden gem in Provence

We stayed in a four-bedroom duplex in a converted stone mas. All the bedrooms and both bathrooms were lovely, super clean, with very comfortable beds, nice bed linen and plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and plenty of plates and glasses, a Nespresso coffee machine and pods, excellent quality pots and pans. The outside dining area was well thought out, and the large garden was pretty, with lots of fruit trees. The absolute winner was an amazing and very large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds, all in all a perfect, tranquil place to enjoy your holiday. A large, well stocked Carrefour supermarket is just a few minutes away by car. A bakery and an organic fruit, veg and meat store was under 10 mins walking distance away. Would happily return.

This is just a suggestion, a few chairs in bedrooms and some clothes hanging space in the ground floor twin bedroom would be useful.

Exceptional

This property is stunning. The pool is an absolute showstopper and the space is so great for a group. It’s very cool within and you can’t feel the heat outside and you also barely notice the neighbouring apartment. We loved our time here and Nicholas was a kind, relaxed and gracious host and there are little thoughtful moments in the house too.

There’s not much to dislike. The shower pressure and toilet were quite weak and the WiFi signal didn’t really work but none of us cared.

Voor ons persoonlijk was het geheel minder aangenaam dan verwacht.

Het appartement was netjes, schoon en goed uitgerust. De gastheer is vriendelijk en woont tegenover de accommodatie, wat handig is bij vragen. De ligging is prima als uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Uzès.

Er hing een muffe geur in het appartement. Door de niet-geïsoleerde verbindingsdeuren waren de buren te goed hoorbaar, wat ten koste ging van de rust. Buiten waren er heel veel muggen en er waren geen vliegenramen. De tuin en het zwembad waren niet goed onderhouden.
