Comfortable 3-room-apartment - 2 balconies, sea view and fireplace - only 150 meters from the beach (no-charge tax) - The modern and lovingly furnished comfort apartment is located in a dead end road only 150m from the beach and offers spacious space for max. four adults and one child (up to three years). On the upper floor of the building built in 2011 are the tasteful living room with open living room and a spacious bedroom with a large double bed. Enjoy in both rooms also a fully furnished balcony, one with sea view! The high quality kitchen is fully equipped. Also on this level is the modern bathroom with shower. A comfortable staircase leads to a cozy sleeping gallery with 2 large single beds (can be arranged). Underfloor heating throughout the apartment and a wood stove make your holiday in the winter wonderfully comfortable. 1 car parking space at the object, washing machine for a fee in the object. Laundry service available at a charge. High chair and baby cot are available free of charge, The above rates are for 2 people. For each additional person an extra charge of 10,00 € / night (per person) is charged. Children up to 3 years are free of charge. Beach basket right on the beach for 7,00 € / day or 40,00 € / week bookable (these prices are valid only for bookings before arrival). In addition to bathing pleasure, the fishing village Börgerende offers you all sports from horse riding to surfing. Kilometers of beach, Lake Convent and Nienhagen ghost forest invite you to go for small hikes. A fantastic cycle path allows for more activities (bike rental on site). Excursion destinations such as Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn, Bad Doberan, Rostock and Warnemünde are semi-circular in the immediate vicinity.
