About this apartment rental

The 30 m2 studio on the raised ground floor is located in the center of Annecy, at the entrance to the old town, Faubourg Sainte Claire (street famous for its restaurants and entertainment). The train station is 700 m, the lake 900 m, the central shopping street Rue Royale 500 m, the supermarket 250 m, the bakery 150 m and the parking spaces are right next to the building and those which are free at 300 m.
The studio, very quiet, includes basic supplies (sheets, towels), fiber optic internet, a washer-dryer and basic appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, hob and oven, fridge / freezer). Bathroom with bathtub. 140x190 bed.
Arrivals are from 2 p.m. and departures before noon.
For an arrival after 9pm, supplement of 10 €.
Our friends the animals are accepted with a fixed supplement of 20 €.
The studio is accepted for smokers, however please remember to ventilate the studio and / or smoke outside.
We kindly ask you to communicate your arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival day to organize the delivery of the keys.

Position vs old town 9.5/10, where 10/10 is in the old town. Very close (100m walk) and easy to get back from old town.Location of accommodation - 6.5/10. Unfortunately being on the ground floor and on a busy route does not make it peaceful at night or during the day.Great communication with owner. Very helpful - 9/10.Various other ups and lows, already mentioned in previous reviews.

A couple of problems. Absolutely no soap or shampoo or anything in the way of toiletries. I was cold. Woke at 3.00am cold and only a sheet provided. Put on winter clothes. The location saves this place.

Although great location this property lacked a few minor essentials. There was no soap, it was quite stuffy and there was a bit of mould in the bathroom. Just a small bar of soap would be all that’s needed, IKEA curtains that provided a bit of privacy would suffice because if you wanted to allow fresh air in, the wall of the apartment is the edge of the pavement and people can lean in, climb in, from walking past. The location is the best thing. A short 1 minute walk and you were into the Old Town of Annecy where restaurants were plentiful. Checking in we had to wait a bit of time (45 mins) in the cold but someone eventually came to hand us keys. A lock box would be better with a pin.

The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long hairs in the apartment ( my husband and I have short hair), there is also mould in the bathroom and the apartment had cobwebs too. The bed is very low but comfortable, however, the seating arrangements needs improving, the apartment is for two people but there is only one armchair and the dining room chairs are hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen needs checking after guests, we found dirty plates (dried on food) in the cupboard, chipped plates and bowls and the only two wine glasses were broken and had been put away like that. The oven did also not look like it had been cleaned properly. A tired apartment that needs an update, such a shame because the location was fantastic.

Excellent location for touring the old town and seeing the lake. The kitchen was great to have, only complaint is the lack of air flow as we didn’t want to leave the windows open at night on the ground floor. Overall was a good stay for a short amount of time.

pro: - near to the oldtown, lake and parking places - studio has full equipment for cooking and cleaning Contra: - the Studio is on ground floor, the two windows are directed on street, so it’s not possible to open the windows undisturbed - studio has no balcony or terrace - Josephine entered into the studio with her own keys without asking for permission

Logement tres bien placé, nous avions un peu peur du bruit vu qu il est si tu es au rez-de-chaussée mais l'appartement est très bien isolé et nous n'avons en aucun cas été dérangé par des nuisances sonores. Appartement très pratique il y a tout ce qu'il faut et la propriétaire est disponible et très sympathique je recommande vivement

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cet appartement. Josephine et Michel ont été très réactifs, arrangeants et sympathiques entre les messages pré-sejour et à la remise des clefs. Merci à vous ! Nous avons pu faire un séjour très diversifié en seulement quelques jours car nous étions très proches de tout à pied (balades en ville, lac et navettes de montagne). L'appartement est également très agréable: propre, pratique et bien décoré. À recommander !

Studio très proche de la vieille ville. Parfaitement situé avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur (machine à laver, frigo, fer à repasser, machine à café, sèche cheveux etc). Et hôte très accessible et sympathique. Je recommande !

Appartement très bien situé et propre mais situé au RDC et très mal isolé. Très bruyant, on entend tout de la circulation. Pas évident pour trouver une place pour se garer et il faut payer même si ce n’est pas trop cher.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Annecy. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et surtout idéalement placé, proche de toutes les commodités et de la vieille ville. Communication excellente et très réactive pour l'arrivée et le départ. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement :) Le seul point négatif serait l'impossibilité de faire un courant d'air pour rafraichir un peu l'appartement en cas de grosses chaleurs car il n'y a que 2 fenêtres donnant sur la rue.
