Former building of the 18th century restored in 1997, this family property located in the center of the 20 ha of the tip of the Bajolles plateau, represents the conjunction of the expression of our different family branches going back to Canon Paul Dubourg du Prieuré de Layrac in 1871. With us it is a bit like the Pays du Brulhois which welcomes you. You will have 180m2 on one level comprising 1 living room, 1 "American bar" kitchen of 50 m2, 3 bedrooms with 4 160x200 beds plus an extra 90cm bed, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 laundry room, 3 toilets and a relaxation area to isolate yourself. All decorated with terraces and swimming pools around a pool with salt treatment of 14mx6m and with fall detector alarm. You will be able to enjoy all the modern comfort brought to this quality restoration with renewed bedding, an equipped kitchen with American fridge, integrated dishwasher, piano cooking gas Lacanche oven, Weber barbecue area with dining area under butterfly fabric, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, TV, wifi, etc.

Magnifique maison surplombant un paysage verdoyant. Séjour très agréable et reposant. Très grande piscine d'eau salée hyper relaxante. Idéale pour le repos et le bien être. Maison toute équipée, décorée avec soin. Merci à Brigitte et Jean Michel pour leur accueil.

Nous avons passé nos meilleures vacances depuis bien longtemps dans un cadre idyllique, une maison pleine de charme et fonctionnelle, le tout donnant sur une piscine surdimensionnée avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Les golfeurs ont pu apprécier le terrain immense et adéquat à la pratique, les moins sportifs ont profité du parcours de santé privé !! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'été prochain et retrouvons avec plaisir l'accueil de Jean-Michel et Brigitte au top !

Lors de notre arrivée dans le centre de LAYRAC, Mr Basquet nous a guidé par téléphone pour nous amener tranquillement sur le lieu de cette location qui c'est révélée à nous au bout d'un chemin bordé de tournesols.
Mr et Mme Basquet nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse avant de nous faire visiter cette charmante propriété dans laquelle nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir pendant notre séjour que nous voulions, au calme, loin des agitations quotidiennes et au milieu de la nature.
La piscine aux dimensions appréciables et avec accès direct à partir de la pièce à vivre, rend ce séjour à la hauteur de notre attente.
Allez y les yeux fermés.

Un accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. La maison, son jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. Calme total et fraîcheur même en été grâce à la situation en hauteur de Layrac.
