You will have access to the entire property in private. We can be present when you arrive in our private area, possibly on the first evening if our co-host cannot accommodate you. We privatize the entire estate and we ask you to respect nature, animals and the tranquility of the place. A wonderful return to nature awaits you.
The property of 45 wooded hectares includes:
A 12*6 swimming pool with a polycarbonate solar shutter ensuring on the one hand an additional temperature of 4 to 5 degrees and on the other hand the safety of children.
We have at your disposal a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo, food processor, fridge freezer, washing machine dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, playstation2, wifi, 4g, sheets and towels included.

Open barn to park three cars, the others can be parked outside in the property.
The house is authentic with the charm of the old and cool in summer. You will enjoy the property as a single tenant.
The Domaine du Bois Manuel is located in the Lot et Garonne on the edge of the Gers. Magnificent view of the countryside, calm and serenity. Our wood includes oaks and young oaks, nature must be respected. 20 hectares are in a hunting reserve (not hunted) and you can observe nature and animals during your walks if you are early risers and you don't make any noise.
A 1.5 hectare lake and an 800m2 lake (we grant the right to fish in "no kill" during the rental period with your equipment). Swimming is forbidden in the lakes. The large lake is located 300m from the house. The small lake is 800m.
The property is partially fenced.
Parties are forbidden. Fires too.
