Friendly helpful staff, good restaurant

I booked through booking. Com but because my daughter‘s basketball tournament game times changed I wanted to add an extra day so I went to the site added an extra day but they said they call me back. They never did. I kept calling them. They said they added a day and cancel my reservation with booking.com. Which was not done and ended up paying almost $700 for two nights stay. I asked for some type of credit. The only thing they gave me was meal vouchers and when we got back that night, the restaurant was closed. The place was nice but when I’m upset about is what I paid for two nights stay plus it wasn’t the same room. I had to move rooms between both days because of the bookings. I’m not sure ill be using bookings.com again because I kind of got screwed in this deal.

The location is very good, close the Canadian Space Agency, Montreal Metro Airport, and the aerospace industrial park around it, minutes away and low traffic. Building and room are clean and comfortable.

There were no plugs at the bedside table, either normal plugs or USB for recharging. This means I had to either plug into the wall and leave my phone on the floor beside the bed, or pull out the table and plug into a loose outlet box behind it. I may want to use the gym and/or pool in future visits, though I note they are both pretty small. OK, but could always be better I suppose.
