The gym was great , the room was clean and throughout the hotel. Staff very helpful.
We had a ground floor room which had a additonal door to the back of our room to a parking spot for our car this was great. 😀
The breakfast was okish but we dont eat pork and there was only sausage scrambled egg and beans which has pork in too. There was fruit toast and a few pastries but the choice for hot breafast needs to improve.

Friendly and accommodating staff
1.) The shower/washroom in the pool area was not accessible. To maintain hygiene and cleanliness in both the pool and lobby areas, these facilities should always be available for users. This helps prevent unsanitary practices, such as urinating in the pool, and avoids wet floors in the corridors.
2.) The number of towels in the room should be the same in the number of guests.
3.) Consider to provide toothpaste in the rooms.

Breakfast was very Good.
The room was fine overall.
Room was clean.
Even though the staff promised to repair the broken hair dryer at check-in, it was never fixed during our two-night stay.
