First off this hotel insisted I had to pay the nightly fee even though I had a registered service dog. They finally accepted that I didn't pay for a service dog. They put us in a terrible room where the doors didnt open easily & had to put your shoulder into it to close it. The bathroom was full of black mold with a 1/4 roll of TT & no extra roll. All the electrical outlets were loose in the wall & not safe to plug into. The heat pump on the wall had no remote for us to change the temperature. The room was stifling hot. The wall AC was boarded up outside so I couldn't even turn on the fan to bring in fresh air. We had to open the exterior door to cool the room down. However the room heated up over night & it was too hot to sleep.
