About this cottage rental
Rural house in Tombeboeuf,. Independent house capacity up to 13 people.
Come taste the calm charm of our half-timbered house, located in the Lot-et-Garonnaise countryside on the edge of Haut Agenais and Périgord and visit our castles, country houses and enjoy our gastronomy (foie gras ...) and our wines (Duras, Buzet ...). Our cottage can accommodate 11 people and Chalet annex for 2, fully equipped. Total capacity 13 people. Large 45 m² terrace, relaxing and ideal for lazing around. Above-ground wooden swimming pool 6. 80 x 3. 70 x 1.10, panoramic view, relaxation area.
CLEVACANCES approved gîte: 3 keys - label: environment, fishing and the Lot-et-Garonne smile.
Bathroom with hydro-massage shower to enjoy or discover the benefits of water.
In off season, our prices are variable and adapted to the number of occupants.
From our cottage, you can go hiking or V.T.T., otherwise 2 km. Fishing, golf, tennis or horse riding.
You can sail on the Lot, from Aiguillon to Cahors as well as on the Baïze and the lateral canal at the Garonne. Our region has a great gastronomic asset with its foie gras and its wines which you can taste in the cellars of Buzet, Duras, Bergerac or Saint Emilon.
The visits to the castles and country houses of Périgord-Agenais are essential as well as the discovery of the caves.
End of stay cleaning at an additional cost.
In July and August rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday for 1 week minimum
Upon arrival, a deposit will be requested *
The cottage is open all year round and our prices are decreasing according to the seasons and the number of people (except in very high season). Our prices include water and electricity.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels.
IN WINTER A SUPPLEMENT OF 5 E / DAY YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE HEATING.

Propre, bien tenu, bien équipé ; extérieurs bien entretenus, fleuris, campagnard. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Accueil chaleureux, maison spacieuse et agréable et surtout cadre magnifique!
Nous avons passé un long week-end formidable avec toute notre famille réunie, et les enfants heureux qui pouvaient courir dans l'herbe.
