At the end of a road, this beautiful stone house located in the hamlet of Le Reillou has a landscaped enclosed garden with private pool.
Le Reillou is in the heart of a privileged site classified Natura 2000 for its flora.
This house has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 6 toilets. The 2nd floor is air-conditioned.
Outside, you will enjoy its secure swimming pool of 10x5m with a flat bottom and its sunbathing area; its covered terrace and its barbecue where you can meet for meals; its garden with its ping-pong table.
On the property, your children will be able to enjoy the animals of the miniature farm.
From the hamlet, for walkers and mountain bikers, there are numerous hiking trails.
You can take advantage of your stay to discover the heritage and the surrounding area: the numerous bastides of the Haut-Agenais Périgord, the vineyards of Thézac and Cahors, the Lot Valley.
Thézac is also at the crossroads of the Lot, Dordogne and Tarn et Garonne departments.

A 2wk stay with 3 generations: 6 adults, 7 children (9 - 15yrs) & 2 dogs.
A lovely home which suited all ages. Pool was perfect, used daily and well maintained. The children loved being able to walk by themselves to the donkeys, pig, sheep and hens. Nelly & Sebastien were very helpful throughout. Our dogs quickly found two gaps in the fencing to get poolside! We closed off one & Sebastien returned the following morning to block off the other. Very grateful for the secure gate & fencing, allowing our dogs to roam freely. The built in stair gates were also useful to prevent the dogs from going upstairs! The downstairs dishwasher was practical for after evening meals. The outside table on the covered terrace was perfect for family meals. The washing machine was well used & the provision of two large clothes horses catered for the large group.
Suggestions:
We couldn't access the property until 4.45pm as Nelly was still cleaning. We arrived promptly at 4pm and sadly had to wait.
Improve the wifi and its strength. Yes, it's a holiday but teens love the internet and couldn't access it by the pool.
Provide hand towels plus tea towels as standard for guests.
We did not see any smoke detectors; maybe they were discreet.
Portable fans for rooms without air-con. We (plus dogs) moved into our son's air-con room during Wk 2 as too hot downstairs.
Investigate source of (friendly) wasps by the pool.
Consider mosquito blinds for non-aircon windows.
Overall, a wonderful stay; thank you! :-)

Fantastic place, with great pool, and such a bonus to have air conditioning on the top floor. Our kids really enjoyed being able to walk over to the pig and donkeys, and it's such a lovely quiet area, with picturesque views everywhere. Only downside (unsurprisingly) is that it's a little far to go to the shops (but that does make it lovely and quiet, and more beautiful).
