Ideal for family / friends, very complete facilities suitable for groups and all ages.
Facing a meadow with horses/ponies on a 1.5 hectare property, close to the guest house but not overlooked. We guarantee your privacy and independence while remaining at your disposal to perfect your stay.
On site, our very affectionate dog, a Samoyed (it is important to love dogs, he is really very nice but very present!).
Large outdoor table/ barbecue/ in-ground pool occasionally shared with guests / children's games (swing, slide, trampoline, ping pong table etc...), large courtyard to easily park your vehicles or play petanque!
Inside, 3 spacious and bright bedrooms:
1: 30m² with small balcony, 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed,
2: 22m² with 2 double beds around a superb brick chimney,
3: 17m² with a 160cm bed + sofa bed for 2 people.
4: extra bed in a separate room on the first floor (BZ type sofa) for a maximum of 15 beds. Additional mattresses and cot available.
Table football, books, DVDs, board games, piano and children's games.
Fully and generously equipped kitchen.
Living room (with stove in the fireplace) opening onto a large dining room. High chair available.
2 bathrooms, one with a small children's bath (1m). 2 separate toilets.
Superb view from the heights of Castelnau d'Estrétefonds, 2 minutes from the train station, 20 minutes from Toulouse and Montauban, 2 minutes from the cellars of the frontonnais. Numerous visits in the surrounding area: we provide you with ideas, plans, brochures and descriptions. Walks in the immediate vicinity of the cottage (paths, vineyards, forest, etc.).
Booking of 2 nights minimum.
Weekdays: 100€ per night for 8.
Weekends, holidays, holidays: 250€ per night for 10.
20€ per additional traveller. Children WE extended (holidays): rental full gîte rate.
Bed linen + towels option: €10 per person.
Cleaning: between €100 and €140 (if pets)
July-August: minimum 3-night bookings. Fixed rate: 3 nights: 1050 € / week: 1700 €
Long weekends and end-of-year celebrations: ask for the rate.
Top-of-the-range spa for 7 people private as an option: 150 € for the weekend or 200 € for the week.
Security deposit of 1000 € upon your arrival at the premises: check not debited and returned after the inventory of fixtures at the end of the day.
Finally, if you are planning a particular event, do not hesitate to inform us so that we can assist you as best as possible in its organization (additional beds, partners, activities, photographer, provision of standing tables in country barrels, etc.).
Noise outside must remain reasonable during the day and music must be inside in the evening in order to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood. Inside, however, there are no restrictions as long as the doors and windows remain closed.
