About this apartment rental
This is an apartment with one bedroom and fully equipped open -plan kitchen located in a pedestrian street between Pantheon and Notre Dame Cathedral. It is located on the first floor with a lift that makes it really convenient for your luggages. It is completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and box TV. Sleeping for 4 guests, one double bed + sofa bed, 1 bathroom, open kitchen area. The apartment is entirely dedicated to the guests stay.
Located in a secured building (2 secured access) in a lively neighborhood, with many shops, open-air markets, bars & restaurants and excellent transportation network.

Beds are made at your arrive. Bed linens & bath towels are included, some Nespresso capsule coffee & tea bags are complimentary.
Price includes cleaning at the end of the stay.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible.

At 55 min from Parisian Airport.

At 19 min from Gare du Nord Station for Eurostar

I rent my flat occasionally so please show respects to the other tenants: keep voice low in the lift or stair cases, no party.

Sophie and Philip are excellent hosts! I would recommend this property based on their responsiveness and hospitality alone. Combine that with the apartment's excellent location near amenities and metro/train stations, and how comfortable and well-equipped the apartment was, and it made for the best vacation in Paris. Sophie and Philip thought of everything that a person might need while staying at the apartment and made sure it was onhand. I appreciate their commitment to making sure guests have an excellent stay. I would recommend this apartment without reservations, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staying at this apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter was one of the best decisions we made. Thank you, Sophie and Philip!

Sophie and Philippe are super kind hosts. Philippe even took the day off from work to welcome us to the apartment. Communication on the hosts’ part was excellent. We were late arriving at the apartment and we were not able to communicate this to the hosts because of cell phone issues. Philippe took it in stride and wasn’t angry. I would not have blamed him if he had been. The apartment was very clean and as depicted in the description. The location is convenient to everything. The elevator is very convenient for moving luggage but otherwise we used the stairs. The shower is a nice size. The apartment is a nice size and kitchen very well equipped. We did run out of hot water the first morning so we took European showers after that and didn’t have issues. The bed is very comfortable. I would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

Great design, very compact, very clean and new, all the amenities you could need or want. Generous gift basket on arrival. Great location. Quiet and comfortable. We would stay there again in a flash as a couple. My cousin was with us and it’s little too small for three adults, not quite enough privacy. Comfy sofa bed in living room area. You have to pass through the bedroom area to get to the bathroom. Good for a couple with a teen or two small kids or two close adult friends. Host very responsive to our needs.

An easy walk to Notre Dame, in the shadow of the Pantheon and around the corner from the Sorbonne, this lovely apartment makes visiting - and staying in - Paris a snap. Sophie and Phillipe were incredibly responsive from our first inquiry to our last au revoir. Amenities include everything youd want in a vacation rental, including a washer/dryer combo, but also theres even a scale so we could confirm the weight of our luggage for our flight home. Outlets next to the bed have multiple slots for USB cords to charge all the devices we carried, too. There are great restaurants and even a location from Midnight in Paris (the steps of Saint-Étienne-du-Mont Church) moments away. During our stay Sophie even checked in by text to confirm that all was well with us. We loved it - and if were fortunate - well stay there again!
