Perfectly situated on the top (=5th) floor, the delightful Top View One-bedroom condo offers breathtaking ocean views over Eagle Beach! Only 100 yards from Eagle Beach's well-known white sands in Aruba, this condo seamlessly blends elegance and efficiency.
The condo features a living room with a balcony, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. The living room includes a TV, a queen-size sofa bed, an additional 2-seat sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with 3 bar stools. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, a TV, a 6-drawer dresser, and a built-in closet. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a shower and an in-room washer and dryer.
This condo rental has 800 sq. ft. of living space. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, a code-lock safe, free parking space, central air conditioning, 2 cable TVs (bedroom and living room), beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. It can accommodate up to 4 guests in 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. This unit is located in the Palm building on the fifth (top) floor.
NOTE: This condo has been updated with a new king-size bedroom set and sofa set in 2024, along with updates to the bathroom in 2023.

Property is professionally managed. We were met at the unit and given a personal tour to ensure everything was to our liking. The photos are accurate. Highly recommend this location for a laid back experience.

Second time staying in the same unit. Love the upgrdades that were done within this past year!
We love the management of Oceania - very respectful, understanding and accomodating.
We are definetely coming back next year, perhaps bigger unit this time.

The condo we rented @ Oceania could definitely use an upgrade compared to the other units!…Furnishings sorry to say were quite shabby… vanity in bathroom was falling apart, doors and draws unable to close! Bedroom dresser missing pulls on draws making it unable to open fully(kept clothes in suitcase)… unit had a musty odor (even after Lysol spraying)… Balcony door was unable to lock!!..Informed Prestige maintenance who were unable to fix so had to put a handmade plastic piece to keep it from being “completely” opened!! The balcony also was bereft of a small table to rest a mornings cup of coffee or a evening drink, two chairs ONLY were provided….Overall the location was great and the balcony view were great!
