About this apartment rental

T2 Bis furnished 58 m2 on the 1st floor of a small condominium dating from the 18th century in the corsair city intra-muros. Very good location (quiet, close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, close to the beach, pretty view of the flowered square). Very nice fitted kitchen open to the living room. The room benefits from a double exposure therefore very bright. A living room (woodwork and beautiful old parquet) with fireplace 2 convertible sofas (quality mattress), a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, a bathroom with WC (redone in February 2017). WiFi access in the apartment.
Equipment: fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer. The rental price includes all charges (water, electricity, heating, tourist tax). The linen is provided and your beds will be made upon your arrival! Possibility of a cleaning service for 50 € at the end of the stay. A cleaning deposit of this amount will be requested from tenants who do not wish this service. It will be returned on departure if the state of cleanliness of the apartment is satisfactory. The amount of the deposit for the apartment is € 400, which can also be returned at the end of the stay.

Lovely little first floor apartment in C18th building. Very clean, comfortable bed, overlooking the square so inevitably some noise in the evening. Near to cafes, restaurants and most importantly the beach. Well equipped but the cups needed updating - two were chipped and one was cracked. Otherwise fine.

The apartment was ideally situated within the walls of St Malo, with quick and easy access to the beach and sea-water swimming pool (Plage de Bon Secours) and surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only criticism would be the lack of bathroom towels - two small bathtowels and two handtowels for a family of 3 for a week. We bought more during our stay. The dishwasher was not working during our stay either. There was no shortage of things to do in St Malo and the surrounding area and the choice of restaurants and cafes was excellent. We also enjoyed a sea-water spa session at Aquatonic and a massage at Le Grand Be hotel (opposite the apartment). Parking at QPark (just outside of the city walls) - although inexpensive for a full week - was a bit of a hassle, as we had to buzz the support centre every time we needed to get in or out! All-in-all, a great holiday for all ages and we would highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Très bon acceuil de la part d'Isabelle. Nous sommes arrivé à 21h30 et l'appartement était chauffé et 'cosy'. Très jolie appartement et bien situé en plein coeur d'intra muros. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup.

My husband and I stayed here for a week during the month of October. The apartment has an excellent location right in the middle of this beautiful old town. It is clean, well furnished, comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with what is needed to make from a coffee to a meal for the two of us. It offers access to the beaches and walking around the wall that surrounds St. Malo. We explored places that we wanted to visit beyond the town both by car and public bus system. Servan was very helpful, generous with showing us the area at the beginning, helping us get a parking permit, and easy to contact as we needed. We highly recommend this spacious, bright, cozy place!

Un très bel appartement, cosy, très propre rénovation récente. Bel prestations et idéalement situé, à deux pas des remparts et centre historique intra-muros. Pour un séjour de courte ou longue duré c'est l'appartement idéal que vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés.

We had the most wonderful time in this beautiful, authentic condo. Super clean, equipped with everything you need. The location is awesome, right in the middle of everything and just steps away from the beach. And very quiet . Michaela is lovely and takes good care of you! She even found a garage for our car in front of the house for a reasonable price. That was awesome.

Appartement lumineux et bien situé mais avec beaucoup de résonance ( locataires du dessus). C’est très agréable que le linge soit fourni et nous avons été très bien accueillis avec une délicate attention, une bouteille de cidre. Il manque cependant un séchoir pour faire sécher le linge mouillé.

Bon accueil. Appartement globalement agréable et lumineux, très bien situé et calme. Bémol : peinture de la cage d'escalier hyper cloquée. Elle aurait besoin d'être refaite. De même dans l'appartement, peinture écaillée et fissurée dans plusieurs pièces, ce qui donne un côté vieillot et pas net. En revanche, salle de bains bien refaite, moderne, très agréable !

Wir haben 6 Tage über den Jahreswechsel in der Wohnung verbracht und sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einzigartig. Am westlichen Rand der Altstadt sehr ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Fußminuten vom Leben der Altstadt entfernt. Auch in der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Allez-y sans hésiter. L'appartement est parfait et bien entretenu. L'accueil par Servane est très agréable et efficace. Saint-Malo est une ville bien agréable, tout est proche. Vous êtes en pleine ville tout en étant au calme. Et si vous êtes gourmet, goûtez le restaurant au bout de la rue du Boyer " bouche en folie". Bon séjour!

Petit nid douillet pour amoureux ou appartement familial, vous avez le choix! Emplacement idéal, chauffage excellent, lit confortable. Si vous aimez un décor un peu à l’ancienne, avec une vieille cheminée dans le salon et des tomettes au sol, vous serez ravis! On peut ajouter la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Servane qui vous accueille. Bref, on a adoré !

Situation idéale pour cet appartement Intra-muros mais dans la partie calme sans être loin de tout. Fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur un petit parc très agréable.Appartement à 2 pas de la mer, des remparts , de l'office de tourisme , du casino , du départ des cars. Si le soir vous ne voulez pas aller très loin pour dîner, il vous suffit de traverser la rue et vous trouverez un restaurant tout à fait correct avec un personnel très agréable.Appartement de caractère , lumineux où vous ne risquez pas d'avoir froid. Bon chauffage.

Wir haben uns in Saint-Malo äußerst wohl gefühlt. Das lag einerseits an der großen Wohnung, deren Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen ließen, andererseits jedoch auch an der top Lage in den Mauern (mitten in der Altstadt, Restaurants und zwei Bistros direkt vor der Tür und rund 70 Meter zum Strand). Von einem der Fenster blickten wir in einen schönen Park, an dessen Rand auch unser Auto parken durfte. Natürlich trug auch die historische Altstadt und das schöne Wetter zu unserem Wohlbefinden bei. Es war zum Teil recht warm, so dass wir tagsüber gut im Atlantik schwimmen und abends noch lange draußen in den Bistros sitzen konnten.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesen Appartement in Saint Malo verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Übergabe verlief reibungslos. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Herzen der Ville Close. Trotz zentraler Lage liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht dem Angebot auf diesem Portal. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, zweckmäßig und hübsch eingerichtet. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung nochmals nutzen. Vielen Dank!

L'appartement au premier étage a tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour un séjour dans les murs de la vieille ville de St Malo. Servane, le détenteur de clé, était extrêmement utile et instructif. La salle de bain vient d'être rénovée. Les escaliers sont étroits en raison de l'âge du bloc d'appartements. Le salon et la chambre étaient très confortables. La cuisine avait tous les appareils pour nous permettre de prendre le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner occasionnel. Il y a une connexion Wifi. Il y a plein de places de stationnement juste à l'extérieur des murs de la ville avec, évidemment, plus de places de parking dans la semaine. Les propriétaires ont fourni toutes les informations dont vous avez besoin pour connaître votre séjour sur le site d'Abritel sur votre réservation, les informations relatives à l'arrivée, l'itinéraire, et bien d'autres choses encore, telles que des conseils sur les restaurants. Ceci vous est transmis avant de rester.

Appartement très agréable, lumineux, spacieux et très bien équipé. Très bonne literie. Séjour très agréable en plein cœur de la cité corsaire et grâce à la carte de stationnement mise à notre disposition par la propriétaire nous avons pu nous garer assez facilement à proximité de l'appartement.
