Completely renovated in 2016, this 160 m² chalet combines authenticity with modern comfort, providing a cozy space for up to 8 guests. With its wooden interior, traditional fireplace, sauna, and peaceful surroundings, you’re guaranteed a memorable alpine getaway.
A breathtaking, sunny, and serene location
Perched on a sunny southwest-facing slope, the chalet offers stunning panoramic views of the snow-covered peaks of the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, as well as the Aravis and Fiz mountain ranges.
Nestled at the edge of the forest with no direct neighbors, the chalet ensures peace and quiet—occasionally interrupted by deer wandering into the garden!
You’ll also be just a 10-minute walk downhill to the center of Saint-Gervais village, where you’ll find shops and restaurants. No need for a car if you enjoy walking!

• Master bedroom: King-size bed (180x200), large glass doors with views of nature.
• Children’s bedroom: Bunk beds and floor-to-ceiling windows.
• Bathroom: Walk-in shower, heated towel rack, WC, washing machine, and dryer.
• Traditional TYLO sauna: Dry or steam options, comfortably seats 4 people.
• Winter entryway: Convenient space to dry and store your ski gear in a secure room.

Peaceful location with amazing views, short walk into town, helpful host and plenty of space for 2 families to relax. Open fireplace was fabulous and the sauna was a bonus after skiing. We stayed 3 weeks and it felt like home.

The views from the property were fantastic. The property manager, Jeff was very easy to deal with. Spacious, clean property in an elevated position, giving the best of views.

We’ve stayed at this lovely chalet twice now and would definitely come back again! The home is comfortable and the views are amazing. Location can’t be beat - lots to do in St Gervais and the surrounding area.
