THE LOCATION - SKI ACCESS
The piste literally starts at the end of the garden. In the morning, step out and ski down. In the afternoon, ski back to your door. The Prarion lift provides quick access to the summit of Les Houches ski area, offering user-friendly terrain for all abilities including the legendary Kandahar World Cup downhill run. Les Houches is known for staying open even during heavy snowfall when other valley stations close - reliable snow and excellent tree-lined skiing.
THE LOCATION - SUMMER
The Prarion lift opens access to some of the finest walking and running trails in the area. It's the logical starting point for climbers tackling Mont Blanc via the popular Goûter Route.
Downhill mountain bikers will find custom-built MTB trails delivered right from the lift. The apartment becomes your base for summer alpine adventures.

A great apartment, very nicely kept. The best thing in its favour is its wonderful location. It’s literally right by the piste about 100m up from the bottom station (and shops) so you can just jump into your skis and off you go, and same thing at the end of the day when you come back. We nipped back for lunch on a couple of days because it’s so easy.
It has two very nice rooms for the grown ups plus a bunk room for the kids, nice shiny bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, a good sized dining area, and a comfy seating area.
Overall we loved it. Thank you for having us.

We enjoyed a wonderful early season stay at the apartment. It’s perfectly situated right on the slope home at Les Houches. Very well equipped and decorated, the bathrooms in particular. It was an ideal base for our short break with ample space for the family to spread out. The beds are really comfortable and the pool was very welcome for the kids entertainment. We will definitely be back. Thanks for hosting us!

The place is located just in front of Montblan offering an incredible view of Aiguille du Midi. The garden surrounding the building is beautiful end the location is close to many trails and cable cars to raise the mountain. Location top!

Nice, quiet apartment. Great location with the slope just beyond the garden or an path around the building. Booking experience was excellent and the staff really helpful and responsive
