About this house rental
Typical Savoyard house from 1936, on 4 levels, completely renovated in 2022-2023. Can accommodate 14-16 people with family or friends. Enjoy the 900m2 garden and the view of Miage. The center of the village is 400m away on foot. In summer the activity center is less than 1km away. Introduction to climbing, tree climbing, sunbathing
By the lake, mountain biking and of course famous hikes for all levels. In winter, the ski lifts are located 400m away. Possibility to return on skis in front of the house. Downhill and Nordic skiing, dog sledding, ice skating rink ...
The house is composed as follows:
Garden level: a bedroom of 20m2 with direct access to the garden. Bed 160x200. Bathroom with double sink, bath/shower. The boiler room is equipped to receive ski or hiking outfits and a washing machine and dryer available.
On the first floor the living room of 42m2 and the main entrance via the airlock. Living room with large sofa and fireplace and TV. A large extendable table allows you to dine comfortably.
The kitchen is equipped with plenty of storage, large fridge/freezer and ice maker. Two dishwashers, oven and microwave. Induction hob and extractor hood. Large capacity toaster, coffee machine... everything you need for fondue and raclette!
Upstairs 3 bedrooms of about 12m2, with a balcony for each room. Two bedrooms with 160x200 bed and one with 140x200 bed. Each bedroom has its own shower room.
In the attic a dormitory with 6 beds in 90x200. A play area for children with a sofa and a TV area with a bed in 140x200. A bathroom with large shower and double sink.
A parking lot can accommodate 3/4 vehicles depending on the size. A charging socket is available for electric vehicles. Free parking is located 50m away
In the garden of 900m2, a table and a gas bbq available.
For the less courageous, free shuttle bus with a stop in front of the house to go to the village or to the activities.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made on arrival.

We had a great stay. The host was a pleasure to deal with. Chalet worked very well for our group. The doorm room on the top floor was perfect for all the kids. The ski lift was also close enough to walk to for the younger kids in our group (8 year olds). Would definitely recommend.
