    The only best thing with this hotel was proximity to the Haram. Would not recommend if you search for (1) Bigger rooms (2) Basic amenities like tissue box, towels, etc. (3) Early check in due to early arrival. I asked for check in at 1 pm because my aged mother and 2 small children. But they don’t bother. Waited for 2.15 hrs to check in.

    The location was near to Al Haram. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Always helpful. Room was good. Overall experience was good and we really enjoyed our national holidays during the stay. One thing to highlight, please keep note of check in time. The hotel is always crowded and they may not be able to accommodate you specially on Friday.
