This was my first stay at Bosphorus Madinah Hotel, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
I would especially like to mention the reception staff (the sisters), who welcomed us warmly, provided us with a very good room, and assisted us with everything we needed throughout our stay.
The hotel was very clean, and its location is excellent—just a short walk from Bab Al Salam. This allowed me to reach the Rawdah (Riyad ul Jannah) on time for my appointment.
I would also like to mention that I accidentally left my watch at the hotel. The staff carefully kept it safe, sent me pictures of it for confirmation, and preserved it until I returned to collect it. I truly appreciate their honesty and outstanding customer service.
I highly recommend this hotel and would happily give it a 10/10. They truly deserve it for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service.

Clean place, they accommodated my room change request.
Didn't like the food. Preferred to eat out rather than eat the hotel breakfast or dinner.
