Unfortunately, my experience was far below my expectations. The behaviour of the female operator at extension 0 was extremely rude, unpleasant, and irritating. The reception staff were also uncooperative and failed to provide the assistance I expected. However, I would like to express my sincere appreciation and pay my best regards to Mr. Abdul Aziz, the Duty Manager, He was extremely cooperative, friendly, and helpful. His professional attitude and willingness to assist me were truly commendable, and I am grateful for his support. Furthermore, I was deeply dissatisfied with the overall hotel environment. The atmosphere inside the building felt extremely suffocating and uncomfortable. Despite staying for approximately 48 hours, I did not receive room service. which further worsened my experience. Honestly, I had expected a much higher standard of hospitality, service, and professionalism from a hotel of Mövenpick’s reputation. Unfortunately, my stay was extremely unpleasant, and I cannot recommend this hotel to my friends, family, or any of my professional connections, even if its rates are significantly cheaper than those of other hotels. Once again, my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Abdul Aziz for his outstanding professionalism and assistance during a very disappointing stay.

My room was located in the Madinah Tower. Overall, the facilities were decent and comfortable, though there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The only issue I encountered was a leaking fridge. I didn't realise it at first, and the water had spread across the kitchenette area. I almost slipped because of it, so it might be something the hotel could look into. The room furnishings have a more classic design. It looks like they've been refreshed with a new coat of paint, but you can still tell they're from an earlier era, including the carpet and the bathroom. While it's a 5-star hotel, I personally felt that the lobby didn't quite have the luxurious ambiance I usually associate with a 5-star property. That said, the location is definitely the highlight. It's just a short walk to Masjid Nabawi and is connected to a shopping mall. In fairness, most hotels along this stretch are also within easy walking distance of the Haram. If I were booking again with a similar budget, I'd probably consider Diyar Ajwa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. From what I saw, its lobby gives off a more modern 5-star feel.
