Fully air-conditioned, this 160 m² villa is designed for a comfortable holiday. The living and dining area, together with the open-plan kitchen, creates a bright and convivial space thanks to direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals after an afternoon by the pool. For added convenience, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available to simplify your daily routine.
The pool level accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (one of which has independent access), each featuring its own shower room or bathroom to ensure everyone’s privacy.
Master bedroom: 160 cm double bed, en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (2 x 80 cm), open shower room.
Bedroom 3: 140 cm double bed, pool access, en-suite bathroom.
Independent bedroom (access via the garden, closed to the pool): 140 cm double bed, shower room with separate WC.
This layout allows each member of your family or group to enjoy their own private space, while sharing the main living areas around the pool and the lounge.
The villa sits on a well-designed 500 m² plot, featuring a private swimming pool secured by a safety barrier. The terraces, furnished with outdoor furniture, are perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sea view. The location is highly sought-after: you are just 600 metres from restaurants and shops.
