Central, modern, comfortable apartment!

Excellent apartment in a super convenient location - close to the beach and shops. I was travelling alone but a couple should be comfortable. Everything was modern and clean. Host was super helpful and responsive via Whatsapp.

Super minor point (for me at least) but only a little balcony area leading to an internal courtyard.

The apartment was very clean and modern and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The location was very central.

Very nice and forthcomming host. The appartement is located in a great area; Close to everything, but quiet street.

It is a far stretch to Call this a luxury appartement. The bed was smaller than described, and the only Window faced a brick Wall - not a city view. There is indeed a very small balcony, - but it faced the back sides of buildings, Air con let-outs and a very dirty roof - not a yard. In no Way a place you would enjoy breakfast. The apartement had a Nice kitchenette, but only one tablechair and no dining table. One should be aware of the huge deposit (though returned without any problems) and the extra costs for bedlinen.

very expensive, for value given -- and room was missing too many items needed by travellers

Daniel, who greeted me and helped me get my luggage upstairs, was the best and most hospitable part of this stay. And I enjoyed the box of "palmier'' cookies they left for me in the fridge, as well as the guest small bottles of water.

I found the small room very over priced for a room that had not a single place to sit (except on the toilet, or on the bed--not even the small desk had a chair!); there were no luggage rack, so I had to unpack my suitcase on my bed, and put it back on th floor to sleep; the closet had no hangers -- i was in Cannes to attend a gala dinner, and had to hang my dress on the legs of the ironing board! And the overwrought legalese (I had to sign a 10 page contract, send my online photo ahead of time, and agree to a 1000euros block , on my credit card, as I left -- until the saw I had not damaged their 'room') was outrageous , FOR A ONE NIGHT RENTAL, and unique in all my travel abroad on every continent!

Perfect time spent in a perfect property.

We stayed at Saphire apartment. Everything was perfect - location, comfort, facilities. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. A complimentary bottle of good French wine, biscuits and coffee were available. Deposit of 2000 euro was taken by card and the same was returned less than 3 days after check-out. The AC was working perfectly in every room. No worries to travel with a lot of luggage - there is an elevator. Car parking available in the location nearby.

The place was fantastic, it was close to everything. I was presenting at the palace of festivals so it was super convenient to have it just down the street from the apartment. The stuff was super nice and upgraded the apartment as there was one available and I had a good Genius rating. The place was clean, convenient and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay

Sophisticated and Elegant Apartment in the heart of Cannes Center. This apartment has a sleek and contemporary design and is located in the heart of Cannes. Just a 1-minute walk to the busy shopping the “Antibes Street” and 3-minutes from “Palace of Festivals and Congresses of Cannes” and “Croisette Beach Cannes”. We enjoyed the proximity to all the Cannes sights and restaurants with the ability to walk back to the apartment and rest throughout the day. Beautifully designed with three bedrooms and three private bathrooms. It was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. We enjoyed the complimentary Nespresso every morning while relaxing in this chic Frensh Rivera space. 5 Stars!

Very good

There are no keys, only codes for each room and for the main door. Staff are quick to respond. Super quick and easy -- with a deposit upon check-in. The location is very close to Palais des Festivals and Rue d'Antibes which is the shopping area. Rooms are big by European standards. Most bathrooms have towel dryers and are equipped with hairdryers as well. Some rooms also include washing machines and living areas to hang out or eat in.

The staff was a bit impatient although quick to respond. These are not serviced apartments so there is added cost to have it cleaned and change linen. You will also have to take out the trash or else there is added penalty. All of this is explained beforehand, it's just not what I expected.

In a word perfect. This is an excellent choice of apartment, run by professionals in LRA Cannes. The location is ideal for a stay in Cannes. The modern apartment (4 beds - all ensuite) was spacious, clean and contained everything required. (No washing machine though). Big Fridge/freezer, full cooker and a large table with 8 chairs. All the TV's (5 in total!) were Smart enabled, so Youtube etc available. The apartment had aircon together with a cool ambient lighting system and a lift from the ground floor. The balcony provided space for a table and two chairs, partial sea view + Palais to the left, Rue d'Antibes to the right. The staff were courteous and assisted us for a last minute change we needed to make. Parking if required around the corner - Gray d'Albion. A big thank you to all who made this stay memorable.

Der Balkon zum Innenhof ist nicht besonders schön und das mit der Kaution sollte man vor der Buchung erfahren.
