Unfortunately one of the worst experiences i ever had

The Apartment was clean and the rooms big enough for two people

Most important: it was raining the First Night and the Window above the bed was broken and it was raining on the bed. I told Sabrina But Unfortunately she didnt offer any solution so we had to leave the day after because it going to rain again. We were in the apartment 2 of 5 booked days and had to book another apartment, Sabrina didnt react to any compensation of refund request and told me that Never happend before. Also the Coffee Maschine was not working and the bathroom that is Next to the bedroom is smelling bad constantly. The location is okay. But after it was raining on us, all of that didnt really matter.

The property was well located, beautiful view

The weather was very hot and the air conditioning system couldn’t cope with it. The bed room stayed extremely hot. We were able to sleep a bit, but were not well rested in the morning. Just something to watch out for booking in the summer months.

The stay was pleasant and quiet. Sitting in the balcony at night was a must.

The apartment was very clean and the views excellent. The location to go to Portovenere was also very convenient. The instructions received form the host to get to the apartment an to access it were very clear.

The access is not easy for people with mobility problems or with a certain age. I think that it was not explained clearly in the description of the apartment (unless I missed it...)

Very nice apartment with a good outlook.

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea. Balcony to sit out on to eat and drink. Clean and bright. Bus stop close by for access to Portovenere and La Spezia. Supermarket and ATM closeby. Host was very helpful with a slight problem.

Exceptional

- The apartment was spacious, extremely clean and well equipped (the apartment description doesn't mention that there is even a washing machine, but bring your own detergent). - If you want to visit Portovenere and stay at a less crowded place, this apartment is perfect. Le Grazie has a small supermarket and a couple of restaurants (reservation is recommended). - There are several dustbins for recycling which is a serious plus for an environmentally responsible holiday ;) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Appartamento Portovenere!

- The apartment is located at Le Grazie, not in Portovenere itself. However there's a very convenient bus going from Le Grazie to Portovenere every 20 minutes. - Like most places in this part of Italy, the apartment is only accessible by staircase, which can be a problem for people with reduced mobility. - The wifi didn't work well, but the 4G network coverage was entirely sufficient for videoconferencing.

Distance from Portovenere. The description on booking.com should be more transparent- it currently states within 0.9 miles of centre when it is not in Portovenere at all. It should state clearly that the property is in Le Gracie - a village close to but not in Portovenere.

Beautiful view and cozy apartment!

Very clean and well equipped. We always had our meals on the balcony, overlooking the nice Le Grazie! Very close to bus stop and paths to Portovenere and Riomaggiore.

Nice accommodation

Very nice apartment with all you need included plus a list with useful informations for your stay. Beautiful views from the balcony, very close to Portovenere +close to bus stop so you can go there. You can even walk to Portovenere on some funny stairs ( Bus is better €1,5 one way tickets) Very close to many shops.

A little difficult to find parking and to find the location.

Eenvoudige, maar met alles wat je nodig hebt, appartement met heel mooi uitzicht.

Het prachtige uitzicht vanaf je balkonnetje.

Het was erg warm dus een betere airco was fijn geweest. Omdat het warm was waren de trappen die je moet betreden om bij het appartement te komen best veel, maar van de andere kant dan had je weer niet zo’n mooi uitzicht gehad.

Posizione perfetta molto vicina a Portovenere, vista stupenda. Appartamento al terzo piano di una palazzina un po' vecchia ma bellissimo. Provvisto di tutti i comfort e parcheggio vicinissimo (a pagamento). Dal balconcino che da sul mare si puo ammirare una bellissima alba. Proprietaria dell'appartamento gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Le uniche pecche che abbiamo trovato sono la porta del portone che faceva fatica ad aprirsi e le zanzariere in pessimo stato, nulla di talmente grave da farci cambiare idea sulla bellezza e la comodità dell'appartamento

O locatie excelenta, recomand cu incredere

Apartamentul este foarte cozy si foarte curat, utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a te simti ca acasa. Are o panorama superba asupra portului din Le Grazie pe care il poți admira de pe balconul cochet, la un pahar de vin in apus sau la cafeaua de dimineata. Este o zona linistita, boema, cu mici restaurante în care poți savura gustoasele preparate italiene. Gazda a fost foarte disponibila a ne ajuta cu tot ce am avut nevoie. De altfel, in apartament găsești toate informațiile necesare pentru a avea o ședere fara cusur, începând de la facilitățile locației pana la opțiunile de vizitare Cinque Terre. Recomandam cu toată încrederea. Cu siguranță vom sta din nou aici dacă vom mai ajunge cândva în zona.
