The most beautiful Ligurian view you could wish for out, right of your windows!

For my little boy and I, the location of this flat - right in the centre of the tiny non-touristy harbour town of Le Grazie, with boats moored literally meters away from the window, and with the beautiful church bells within hearing range - was pretty much everything we needed for the perfect father-son holiday. The proximity of the sandy beach with calm waters, backed by a lovely little town-centre pineta, was the perfect add-on. There's even a back yard for extra outdoor space, although that part of the house is quite commonplace, wheras the living room overlooking the harbor, sea and mountains, were extraordinary. We never saw the hosts, but written communication in the booking.com app was enough for everything to go super smoothly; they were very accommodating to us.

Although well equipped, some people might feel the kitchen gear and general house ammenities are a bit dated. For us this wasn't at all an issue though. The bed mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but even that wasn't anything close to ruining our holiday. Wifi worked very well too.

A great stay in a quiet town. Close to the water, bar and restaurants.

The location of the apartment was great. Across the road from the water with a perfect view from the front window. We had a transport problem due to a late flight, but and the owner went out of her way to help us. An older style Italian apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. Great to have the use of a washing machine.

The apartment front door lock is temperamental until you get used to it. Our international adapter didn't fit into the power points. We found an adapter in the kitchen powerpoint which we use.

We are sure that we enjoyed our stay more than had we booked at Porto Venere.

The location was perfect. Interesting views of the estuary activities. Close to a small beach and to local bars and restaurants.

We arrived a couple of hours earlier than anticipated and the messaging service of the contact number was no help even though we had help from an Italian speaker.

Great ! Unlike many other apartments, this one makes you feel "at home": books, table games, many amenities including olive oil, coffee, you name it... Very tidy and good looking, with a lovely view of the bay with fishing and sail boats, just 2 Km from Portovenere's historical center. Nearby a small supermarket with everything you need, restaurants and bars, seaside long walks, and a Roman villa of the 2nd century BC. Lella and her brother Bruno are very nice and ready to help, friendly people. Best time to be there - and to visit beautiful Portovenere and the 5 Terre - is spring time and autumn, or in other words better avoid super-crowded August. Enjoy !

Exceptional place to stay off the crowd of tourists in a small but very cute village with two little beaches and few nice restaurants. A real get away but with perfect location and view. There is everything one might need!

Cute Apartment in La Grazie

The location is so beautiful! As you open the windows from the living room, you get a beautiful view of the harbor and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It's also an ideal stay for 2-4 people. There's also a bus nearby that can take you to Portovenere or La Spezia but I would still recommend going to the apartment by car for more flexibility.

Tutto bellissimo ma impossibile dormire comodi

Posizione bellissima e tranquillissima, almeno nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi (primi 4 giorni di novembre). La casa è pulita ed accogliente, piuttosto spaziosa.

Nei servizi è menzionato "angolo TV" ma la tv non c'è. Un po di odore di muffa soprattutto nella seconda camera. Il materasso della camera matrimoniale è assolutamente da sostituire, nonostante le centinaia di viaggi fatti nel corso degli anni questo è stato di gran lunga il letto peggiore su cui abbiamo dormito.
