La nestly house è una casetta praticamente nuova! Molto carina e in pieno centro, sotto casa c'è il Conad che fa veramente comodo, a pochi passi dalle spiagge e per arrivare all'appartamento che è un terzo piano c'è un ascensore, in casa c'è aria condizionata che è assolutamente necessaria d'estate! E sotto casa c'è una navetta che fa il giro di Portovenere con fermate proprio davanti alle spiagge!
La pulizia secondo i miei canoni non era eccellente e l'assenza di un balconcino
