There is a double height Sitting Room, a mezzanine Dining Room overlooking the Sitting Room, Kitchen, 2 Dbl Bedrooms, Bathroom. Central heating. Free parking.

Four can stay comfortably in two rooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double.

Kitchen has an integrated SMEG gas hob, NEFF electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Dualit toaster and Dualit kettle. It also has a range of small appliances and plenty of cooking hardware.
There is a master bathroom with a slate floor and a bath with shower over it. The shower is powered by the combi boiler and provides lashings of hot water.
The utility cupboard houses a washing machine/tumble dryer, and microwave
