Lovely big apartment

For company of 4 it was not enough vine glasses. Than would be great to have or kitchen towels or paper towels. Kitchen stuff needs some upgrade

Disappointing

Clear instructions on how to collect keys, Big nice space, Clean bathrooms, Parking available outside, Large fridge (although made a very annoying sound every 10 minutes),

Dirty interior. Bed sheets were dirty. Found hair on all beds as well as dust on the bed sheets. Also found a stain (looked like blood) on one of the duvets. One duvet sheet also had a large hole in it (around 30cm wide). Called, and messaged, the host, as we asked if we could get some spare sheets. To which she had said that there is none and that we could sleep on the bed without sheets on the mattress and duvet. She explained how the dirt may have appeared whilst “the cleaners left the windows open whilst cleaning”. In the end, did not have a good experience and was off-putting sleeping here for the night because of this.

Terrible smell Poor Location Finding the location was extremely difficult Poor communication for key collection Host very rude when problem was presented I was called a liar when I told her we left due to the smell, she said she would report us to the authorities for not leaving our details for tourist tax. Told we asked for WiFi 3 times and this is why we left. We asked once, were told there was no WiFi and understood this perfectly. Left location after 1.5 hours and booked elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and do not book!

Make your own mind but we do not recommend!

Size of the apartment

It was 37 degrees and the apartment did not have air-condition. We didn't sleep at all on the first night. The towels and sheets had stains and there was no wifi connection 😒. The apartment is described as is, you just need to read carefully all the description and other reviews to make up your own mind, which we wish we had. We just didn't expect to find such a low standard property from a Booking.com.. We ended up checking out the following day as it was unbearable to stay another night

La pulizia era pari a zero. Ho dovuto lavare tutto quello che mi circondava. Le finestre non si chiudevano bene, per non parlare dei cuscini e che c’era all’interno …. Mi fermo qua.

La posizione dell appartamento e la città di Siena .

La situazione generale di usura dell appartamento, l inesistente benvenuto che sarebbe potuto consistere anche in un biglietto di benvenuto ovvero delle cialde due biscotti. I letti particolarmente scomodi, asciugamani lisi. La doccia otturata di calcare. E' presente una vasca in uno dei due bagni tenuta con lo scotch.

Casa sporca , lenzuola sporche ( con peli e capelli) abbiamo chiesto delle lenzuola di ricambio che , però sono arrivate , infissi vecchi e senza zanzariera piuttosto le ragnatele fanno da zanzariera .. impossibilità di attaccare due elettrodomestici contemporaneamente ..un solo ventilatore in casa

Bella posizione vicino a Siena

La posizione a pochi minuti di auto da Siena,le dimensioni dell'appartamento con 3 camere,2 bagni e una cucina ben attrezzata,la tranquillità della zona,la facilità di parcheggio libero sotto casa,la pulizia.

Eravamo in 5 e abbiamo trovato solo 5 asciugamani per doccia,di cui uno tutto strappato,nessun asciugamano per le mani. Un'anta del guardaroba staccata e appoggiata tra il mobile e la parete.Il bagno più piccolo necessita di una rinfrescata alle pareti e al soffito scrostato.L'appartamento ha un bel potenziale e con qualche accortezza in più potrebbe migliorare notevolmente

Casa está em péssimas condições de manutenção, tinta caindo, camas rangendo e atendimento péssimo - praticamente tive que brigar pra receber o mínimo combinado pra higiene (papel higiênico, sabonete, shampoo).

Como escrevi acima, o que é indicado não é entregue. O atendimento é péssimo, a localização não é boa.

La casa è spaziosa..

La casa è datata. Letti molto scomodi e rumorosi. Essendo un appartamento il proprietario non è tenuto a fare trovare nulla ma ci vuole poco per rendere la casa accogliente; non era a disposizione nemmeno un sacchetto per buttare la spazzatura , il detersivo piatti era finito e diluito. Per chi si ferma una notte è un disagio. Balcone molto sporco.

È la seconda volta che torniamo in questo appartamento, che è molto ampio ed accogliente, in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Siena e con tutti i servizi a pochi passi. Luminoso e tranquillo

Un po' datati gli arredamenti, non abbiamo trovato molto comodi i letti ( ma siamo consapevoli che questo sia un elemento molto soggettivo) ma tutto sommato il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero ottimo

Posizione ok, pulizia e manutenzione da rivedere!

L'appartamento nella zona giorno si presenta caldo e accogliente! Peccato che andando nella zona notte la situazione degenera: il pavimento è in molti punti sollevato quindi si rischia di inciampare ogni due passi, il letto della camera matrimoniale aveva le doghe rotte da un lato quindi per metà inutilizzabile, uno dei due bagni era pieno di muffa e male odorante quindi inutilizzabile ed infine la cameretta con il letto singolo e un box (sauna?) anch'essa piena di muffa in una delle pareti. Insomma visto il prezzo sicuramente non ci si aspetta il lusso ma il decoro dovrebbe essere sempre garantito!

E' andato tutto bene

Casa grande, tante stanze, due bagni. In definitiva rapporto qualità prezzo interessante. Ottima soluzione per visitare Siena senza stare al centro e comunque non lontani (5 minuti di macchina).

Se ci fossero state le cialde per la macchina del caffè sarebbe stato ottimale. Si possono migliorare anche i letti singoli.

Expérience totalement décevante

Il n’est pas de notre habitude d’écrire un avis négatif mais nous ne pouvons faire autrement. Le problème principal lié à ce logement est l’accueil totalement impersonnel et la disponibilité inexistante de la propriétaire, que nous n’avons jamais vue durant tout le séjour. Nous avons reçu le jour de notre arrivée un message formaté nous informant entre autres que les clés étaient dans une boîte devant l’immeuble, qu’il fallait éteindre toutes les lumières et que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la sonnette et faire du bruit car les voisins n’étaient pas amicaux. La chaudière ne fonctionnant pas alors que le check-out était fixé à 9h maximum, nous avons tenté de contacter la propriétaire par WhatsApp à 7h33. A 8h54, nous avons finalement décidé de quitter l’appartement après avoir pris une douche glacée que nous avons épargnée à nos enfants et ce, sans jamais avoir reçu une réponse. Ce n’est qu’à 9h34 qu’enfin, la propriétaire nous a répondu en nous expliquant que tout fonctionnait à merveille dans son appartement et que c'était de notre faute si nous n’avions pas eu d’eau chaude. Ce n'est que dans le courant de la matinée qu'elle nous a envoyé une vidéo nous montrant que nous avions touché à l'interrupteur qui déclenche ou interrompt la chaudière. De 1, nous n’avons touché à rien vu que nous sommes arrivés à 22h et avons été directement dormir et de 2, comme le montre la photo en annexe, aucune indication au-dessus de cet interrupteur n’expliquait qu’il était lié à la chaudière !!! Face à toutes ces déconvenues, nous lui avons demandé une réduction pour le manque de service car oui, avoir de l’eau chaude dans un logement est un minimum à recevoir. Vexée par cette demande légitime, la propriétaire nous a sommé, par l’intermédiaire de Booking, d'apprendre à la respecter ainsi que son bien et que, quoi qu’il en soit, ce n’était pas si grave de prendre une douche glacée en Italie en été ! Réponse lunaire.

Contacté par nos soins, Booking nous a informés qu’il ne pouvait malheureusement rien faire tout en nous conseillant d’émettre un avis sur leur site expliquant la situation. Il nous semble que la moindre des choses lorsque l’on décide de mettre en location un bien est de rester disponible (comme d’ailleurs promis dans les messages envoyés !) et notamment durant la période précédant le ckeck-out. C’est vraiment dommage car une réponse immédiate aurait permis d’éviter le problème rencontré. Outre ces mésaventures, nous tenons enfin à signaler que le logement était assez vétuste et nécessiterait un gros rafraichissement (il manquait une clenche sur la fenêtre d’une chambre, les autres étaient branlantes, la peinture s’écaillait à plusieurs endroits, l’écran du téléviseur était opaque, le tapis de la douche était décollé…) alors que la propreté laissait clairement à désirer. Tous nos dires sont attestés par les photos en annexe. Bref, une expérience complètement déplaisante et décevante qui a quelque peu gâché notre séjour à Sienne… heureusement que nous ne sommes pas restés plus de 11h dans ce logement ! Il est clair que nous n’y remettrons jamais plus les pieds.
