Good stay after struggling to get the key.

The description was not clear to collect the key. I thought the office is next to the property. But it was far from the property.

Tiring but worth it!

Amazing views of the surrounding mountain. House was fully equipped and relatively spacious. Will definitely be good for a trip with family or friends.

The location is a tad far compared to other holiday chalets in the area - a trade-off for the better view; there are two bus stops near the chalet. The one nearer (Grindelwald Oberall) has rather irregular timing intervals and we did even catch this bus (Bus 126) once during our trip as the bus starts service rather late (9+am) and ends early (5 pm). The other bus stop (Grindelwald Gaggi Sage) is further away but has more frequent bus intervals and was our choice for our trip here. However, this bus stop is quite a distance (~10-15 minutes walk), and walking up to the chalet from this bus stop is rough as the route was uphill and rather steep. We came through this bus stop on our first day with our luggage and had a hard time going up due to the steep route.

Nettes Chalet etwas abseits vom Touristenrummel

Etwas abseits vom Dorf gelegen, was uns aber super gepasst hat. Es war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht.

Die Küche und das Bad sind etwas altbacken aber funktionstüchtig. Die Heizung war auch bei 18 Grad Innentemperatur und 6 Grad Aussentemperatur noch kalt!
