We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home for every guest.
Before every stay, we:
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen and appliances
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, showers, tubs, and toilets
• Mop hard-surface floors and vacuum area rugs
• Launder all bedding and towels
• Clean dishes and utensils and leave the dishwasher empty
• Clean the refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker
• Wipe down the lanai furniture
• Empty all trash cans and provide fresh liners
• Clean and disinfect housekeeping equipment
• Air out and ventilate the condominium during cleaning
Hand soap, hand sanitizer, and basic cleaning supplies are provided. We also provide starter supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, a new kitchen sponge, and basic hair and body-care products.
For your convenience, self-check-in and checkout are available through the lockbox at the entrance, allowing you to come and go without having to coordinate a key exchange.
A shoe rack is provided at the entrance, and guests are encouraged to remove shoes when entering the condominium.
Safety equipment, including a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and first-aid kit, is provided for your protection.

Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Beach gear was a huge plus! WiFi was good as well as the AC. Our only complaint was that the balcony table was very tall and we are short so it was really uncomfortable for us to be able to use, but it was very nice! Had a pretty limited view of the ocean as it was a couple of blocks off A’ali drive but you could still see it from parts of the balcony. Didn’t use the pool or outdoor grills, so can’t speak to that. Nice accommodations, would stay there again.

Amazing accommodations! Hosts were very kind, attentive, and welcoming. Location is incredible, home was meticulous and well cared for. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

This condo was fine for our stay but certainly wasn’t luxury. You have to drag your luggage up 4 flights of stairs and we saw a few lizards within the condo. My main complaint is that the towels provided all reeked of mildew. I understand it’s hard to keep things dry in such a humid climate but the towels and upstairs bathroom all smelt horrible.
