This 2nd floor unit of Kona Plaza is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property that is very spacious & has been a guest favorite over many years. Unit#215 sleeps 6 & features a Queen Sized Bed in each bedroom, and a pull out sofa in the living room as well, Central Air Conditioning, Wifi Access, Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Elevator Access & Underground covered parking!
There is a HUGE lanai/balcony for your comfort.
This perfectly located gem has everything you need for a stay of a few days or several months. This is the type of location you actually would not have to have a car in Kona.
Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quite and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.
Kona Plaza Condominium Complex has a great pool with lounge chairs & 2 BBQ decks with great views of the ocean/mountain.

This was the perfect condo to stay in if you want to be super close to Alii Drive. Wow, this place was beautiful and close to everything you need on the Kona side of the Big Island.

I'd give my stay a B. Definitely need a good cleaning. Bathroom exhaust fans gave pile on dust, both bathroom grout tile needs a good scrubbing, top of fridge needs cleaning, and dish strainer under sink, I wouldn't use as it's dirty. Beds were comfortable, sleeper sofa worked out great, great lanai with dual fans. Need more description from property management instructions in your arrival email about the key required for underground garage access from elevator. Book does reference key required but arrival instructions when you go to put placard in car doesnt reference. Be aware, building is under maintenance and a lot of scaffolding in the underground garage. Would I rent again, yes. Just needs a deep cleaning.
