Perfect location and super helpful host

This property is all about the location. Location, location, location! It is a one block walk from there to Ali'i and all the shops and restaurants there. Another block and you're swimming in the bay. Target, and Safeway, and other stores are within a 5 minute drive. I also like that the building the property is in has quiet hours after 9 pm. I'm so used to drunken revelers at hotels and resorts making noise in the hallways after the bars close. It was so nice to have a quiet place to rest after long days of excursions and sight-seeing. It was also awesome having a washer/dryer in the unit. Lastly, the host provided a binder full of information about the island, recommendations for meals and attractions, etc. It was a great source of jumping-off points.

If I had to complain about anything at all it would be the check-in details for parking were out of date with respect to the actual setup. But it's very clear what is going on once you're there. The email we got talked about instructions for a keypad to the underground garage, but that gate no longer exists. It wasn't a real issue for us — just a bit of confusion that caught us off guard when we arrived after a long late flight.

it was exactly the stay we were looking for at a good price

it was what we expected from the description. the location was ideal, central in Kona close to water, restaurants etc Eric was amazing also. super helpful, quick response. even notified us of a bag we left behind and made it easy for us to get it back!

so many keys.. I know security is important but we needed a key for the trash shoot, the elevator going down, the garage door.

Bien mais on va trouver mieux la prochaine fois.

Les nuits étaient paisibles, l'endroit était relativement confortable.

Plusieurs petits détails auraient pu être améliorés. Les lampes et le ventilateur sur la véranda ne fonctionnaient pas. Une des deux douches était rouillée et aurait pu aisément être remplacée, et à très peu de frais. La laveuse et la sécheuse étaient extrêmement bruyantes -- la laveuse sentait fortement le moisi et portait des traces de rouille -- elle est mure pour la casse. C'est un peu limite compte tenu du prix demandé pour chaque nuitée et le propriétaire pourrait remplacer ces unités à peu de frais.
