We had a wonderful stay! The host was very hospitable and easy to connect with.

The unit was nice, it feels homey! The location was prime. You just cross the street and walk down by the shore and you can walk or people watch. The best time would be sunset as you can watch it from down there. Actually, you can see both the sunrise and sunset from the seating area at the balcony. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, and stores nearby. All the things you can need at home is provided, the beach gears are a plus.

There was no elevator, but that's a given as it's a 3-storey condo unit. Plus, they were very transparent about it on their details. It's a good workout though, so it's a win win :)

Exceeded expectations!

Spacious and clean! Location was perfect to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants but also easy to drive to sights and beaches in both north of Kona and south of Kona. Beds were huge and very comfortable. The balcony with the ocean view was lovely. It was super easy to check in and access the apartment. Host was very communicative and great to have our own parking space. Kids were very happy with the smallish pool and the beaches within walking distance.

I booked last minute so the price - particularly the cleaning fee of $300 - felt very excessive. But it’s a great location, very comfortable, spacious and cool with AC and fans and we had a great time.

Excellent condo near everything with great porch

Very comfy beds, lots of towels,kitchen was well stocked. View was nice from balcony, spacious living room and good air con. Walking distance to lots . Pool was nice,not heated- small hot tub. Lots of beach stuff to use.

3 flights of stairs is rough! But no big deal
