Location location location! Perfect for couples or families. Located within walking distance of shops, activities, beaches, and amazing restaurants. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a perfect pick! Whether you’re strolling to fantastic restaurants for dinner or drinks or enjoying a sunset view from the lanai, you’re sure to enjoy the big island experience. Our place is perfect for people who want the proximity of the ocean, beach, shops and restaurants where the aloha spirit is in walking distance. Sound travels easily in the building so we ask that your parties stay in the bar or at the beach. It is on the third floor and there is an elevator but it is 3 steps to the ground floor. PLEASE NOTE! The building sits back slightly from the downtown giving it a quiet environment that the residents embrace.

This condo was perfect for our first visit to Hawaii. Very close to the pier and restaurants. The place was very clean and it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms. Loved our time in Kona!

Location was perfect!! Right in town area near many shopping spots and restaurant'sVery clean home ! There were 4 of us, the place was large enough for 6 to sleep comfortably.Buildings in the area are close together.Only one parking stall, with street parking for a second vehicle! Overall, great place!

The host was extremely responsive and friendly. Two major issues with this place: the AC is in the bedrooms and not very cool, it was hot at night. The master bathroom, no hot water and the water trickles cold water. The other bathroom had warm shower.
It was very clean and tidy, no issues at all with checking in and checking out.
