Green, quiet setting, close to village 1.5km and all amenities. Less than 20 minutes from the coast and the beaches, but still at the gateway to the hinterland, 30 minutes from the Mercantour park. Many walks possible, both on foot and by bike, popular with hikers. 15 minutes from Nice airport.
3 bedrooms, a bathroom (double sink, bathtub and shower) and a bathroom (sink and shower). 2 toilets.
Fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher).

The host was very communicative and responsive. Helpful information was provided in a folder inside the villa. The location was ideal (a car is essential but roads are narrow and windy so don't hire a massive vehicle!). The outdoor pool was fantastic (particularly during heatwave) and the gardens were lovely. It suited us perfectly as a family of 4 for the break we needed.Read all the details re. what's included; we hadn't initially seen that there would be additional charges for bedding or towels (although these are marked 'provided' in the summary, they are 'optional' in the 'About this property' section). A mandatory cleaning fee is also chargeable, though guests are also asked to clean before departure. Expect to add up to 200Euro per family of 4.You'll also need to take hand soap, bin bags, kitchen roll etc as these were not provided. We left all we bought for the next occupants (plus charcoal, matches, condiments)!We had a great week and were very thankful to have such a great pool to chill in during the heatwave.

Excellent property with ideal location for visiting Nice, Monaco, St Paul de Vence etc. Sandrine was very welcoming and made our stay very easy and pleasant despite our tardy arrival at gone midnight ! Highly recommended. As others have mentioned, a car is essential

We, a family with three children aged 4, 9 and 11, had an unforgettable fortnight at this apartment. Sandrine and her family are very friendly and helpful, the location itself is gorgeous. There is nothing else to say that we highly recommend this place!
